“The swimming pool facilities were satisfactory, and the accommodations were maintained in a clean condition. All rooms offer views of both the pool and the ocean. Overall, the experience was positive. I believe the property would benefit from certain renovations.”

“Outdated and shabby. Pull out bed is very uncomfortable but the main beds were ok. It’s right in the prime location of boardwalk. Right on beach. Nice staff. Not bad for a place to stay but not for long term or multiple days.”

“Really terrible. The listing said three bedrooms, but one was a laundry room with a cot which could only fit when folded up. Quite run down and dirty. Stay away.”

“Dresser had broken doors could not open or close . No glasses or silver ware. The ocean view sliding glass door was all fogged up. no pots , pans so you couldnt use the stove top. The Tv didnt work properly called desk and they said they would send someone up to fix it but that never happened after a few calls. Desk clerk was friendly and polite.”

“I can’t say enough about the staff at the Castle in the Sand. We had to move from another unrelated hotel in the area after a very poor experience and everyone we dealt with was so helpful. ”
