“Our room was not what we expected from this Hotel. A used wash cloth was hanging in the shower and the desk chair was rusted and hold torn material. Stink bugs on the shower wall. We got in late after driving 11 hours so we didn’t notice until morning. We left for a funeral for the day so we didn’t want to pack up and change rooms. The Hotel offered to reimburse for one night. Expedia has not been responsive.”

“A++ We liked everything about this hotel! Our room was perfect with a comfy bed and thick, soft towels. We did not eat breakfast at the restaurant because it was a $16.95 buffet and we are not big breakfast eaters. The staff at the front desk were so friendly and welcoming. Not sure if we’ll ever be back in Mason but if we are we will definitely be back!! ”

“There were dirty cups in the kitchen and no fire extinguisher. The cable is also horrible if you're staying in the cabin. But staff is very helpful and efficient ”

“I am writing regarding my recent stay at your hotel. I had a reservation that has already been fully paid for, but I understand that due to my earlier checkout, a refund is not being considered. Hotel didn’t refund my money and didn’t give me night when I asked. Poor hotel management who don’t care about customers.”

“The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable but the room and everything inside of it was filthy. Like I wiped the floor with a washcloth because I got it wet, I didn't want wet socks later... The cloth was disgusting dirty. Turned black dirty ...That floor hadn't been mopped in at least a month. Saw roaches, and everything including TV's, lights and fire detectors were defective. I really wanted to like this place but when I told the staff about my stay their response was " They don't eat……
