“Very nice and pleasant stay experience”

“I REALLY wanted to love this hotel. It’s a nice hotel, it’s clean, affordable, and the location is great. We stayed for two nights. Check-in clerk was rude from the moment I greeted him. Spoke/mumbled very fast and was immediately frustrated when I asked him to repeat himself. We went on with our stay, not wanting to let it ruin the hotel experience. I checked my bank and realized $200 was on hold. I called the hotel figure out what’s going on and was told “the system has been double charging……

“There was iron in the room. Before getting on the elevator, my husband and I almost fell due to a raised rubber bump at the entrance of the elevator. The police had to come address a situation with another customer who complain about bedbugs being in their room. The shampoo/ conditioner was used. The room didn't have No telephone in case of emergency. No housekeeping daily to getting linens. The hallway on the 3 floor smelled like smoke. The room smelled really bad, when first walking in... we……

“Very dirty. Our infant crawled on the floor & his legs were black. The couch was so stained, we put a sheet on it to sit. Food was on the floor from the last stay. A blanket was stained & had chunks of cheesy stuff on it. Missing pillowcase. Hair was on the bunk bed sheets. Blinds were missing & food trash was in the loft. We bought a mop & cleaning supplies & spent our 1st day cleaning. Let the front desk know & they asked when we were checking out & they’d see what they could do. The kitchen……
