We booked a nonsmoking, pet-free room, but when we entered, it smelled like wet dog. We opened the doors to air it out and turned on the fan, which seemed to make the odor worse. We wondered whether dust or pollen had built up in the air-conditioning unit. Later that evening, I found that both the ice machine and vending machine were out of order. I woke up……

“Overall, I think this was one of the best options if not the best in the area. The café in the sister hotel was convenient but no room service / delivery available. Check-in ends in the evening and lockboxes are available to collect key cards when checking in later. Rooms are sepatated by swinging door to eliminate ambient noise from the lobby and restaurants. The hotel smelled clean but there were missed areas (hair throughout bathroom). The bed was immediately in front of the door which was……
