The floor/tiles in one bathroom were loose, in the other bathroom the floor felt "squishy" and there were multiple broken/cracked shelves in the shower. Two of the burners on the stove did not work and when using the stove/oven there was smoke. The window when opened to alleviate the smoke would not stay open. Seems like a lot of rules initially - don't get intimidated. Most of it is common sense stuff. Overall a beautiful home. Our dogs loved hanging out on the porches. ”
