“The shower drainage was stuck, bath water was soaking up above my feet, it was very disgusting. The shower tap was difficult to use and had to use brutal force to turn on. I finally asked my wife to endure not to take bath on that night. carpet old and dirty. stairs very steep and narrow, room. door key is kind of toy that all rooms can use the sane key. the room door was difficult to shut and open, had to kick open and pull hardly to lock. the only reception man answered door very late……

“We stayed in Willow, the staff were so lovely and attentive! They work so hard to make everything nice for you . The balcony was lovely this morning. We did the walk around the nature reserve and boat trip was great! Pete the captain was so nice and very knowledgable. We had the best time and Will definitely come back soon . “the hotel itself was great, staff were very helpful. They could do with installing double glazing in the building however, as it got quite noisy early in the morning given how close traffic / heavy lorries pass to the hotel. We were in the top floor, but were still woken up by it early doors!”

“Staff are overworked. They have to check you in while serving at the bar. We were charged by Expedia and charged a second time when we checked in for the stay. Expedia refused to assist in the resolution, saying we had to work it out with the hotel. ”

“We stayed here for one night as a stop off on the coastal path walk. A large bedroom and bathroom, very clean, lovely roll top bath. Nice view of sea from bedroom. Breakfast was excellent and staff very welcoming. Would highly recommend”
