“We arrived after along day of travel and no hot water in the building. They had a company piping in hot water the following day upon check out. Very disappointed. Thin blankets. Room was outside entrance, 4 th floor facing intersection. Noisy cars and when stopped at stoplight exhaust from cars came into room. Breakfast was good. Older but clean.
