"The hotel was absolutely gorgeous and the room was lovely. The staff were very nice and at first it was an amazing experience. The breakfast was ok there was very limited choice and everything was very sweet there was no savoury options other than ham, cheese and bread. The location isn’t really near anything it took us just under an hour to walk there and 35 minutes on public transport. The day before we left we asked if they had a laundry service and if it was free, the receptionist said yes...

"The hotel is close to one of the main train stations in Milan, which is nice. There is also a lot of restaurants nearby, and a drugstore like a Walgreens. The breakfast was nice. They have Eggs, pastries, salami, and a full coffee bar which had hot tea, which i drink. The bathroom and shower was different for us, as the shower doors swung in, and it was tiny, so this is not a place for a large person to stay. "There is a nice cafe within walking distance. While the location did not have much else around, the tram stop across the street was convenient to access the rest of the city. While we enjoyed the convenience, we were disappointed that the air conditioning and hot water did not work properly. Compared to other hotels around northern Italy, it was a bit outdated (elevators, bathrooms, etc.). Parking was a hassle to figure out and cost €20 each night. "
