"Absolutely superb staff. Everyone at the desk was terrific and informed. The Bencoolen metro is a hop, skip, and jump away. The rooms are excellent 'bolt holes' for exploring. Compact, though they have everything one needs. Super swimming pool. Seek another option for breakfast."

Missing a fridge too yet given the price, don’t know if you can expect a fridge? Not very noise- proof; can hear someone talking outside the room but not from the rooms adjacent."

"Great little hotel in a fantastic location, clean and spacious and value for money, downsides are that housekeeping are once every 3 days and the reception is not 24/7 - you have to Whatsapp to get amenities. Pantry/small kitchenette is on a couple of floors which I didn't realise till the last day lol. "

"We had an especially brutal flight in from our previous destination that arrived at 1am. When we finally arrived at the hotel, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. They were kind enough to upgrade us to a larger room, which was a much appreciated way to start our stay. The room itself was very spacious, clean, and stylish.
