“I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt”

“Stayed for 5 nights with our two young kids. Accommodations were perfect for our family. Nice restaurant. We did the signature all inclusive and it met all our needs. I would definitely go back again. Staff was so nice and accommodating. I did request a crib. I was told it wasn’t guaranteed but it do show up around 8:30pm the night we checked in. Not ideal for a 2 year old but at least we had it. ”

“Dogs next door barking and howling for parts of morning. Yard construction and sometimes faulty fire alarm going off in morning.
Only personal item for me would be that they should upgrade the soap used in their units.
Everything else was fast friendly awesome location and a really unique little yard and pool space. Beach s walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for what we were looking for. ”
