“The pool was a kiddie pool. Not big enough for anyone to swim in. The room had no exhaust fan and the heat was set at 73 without being able to adjust it. Both my husband and I got sick to our stomach each time we enyered the room. The bed mattress had to be at least 20 years old. Lumps and dips with a 3-4 inch thick mattress. When we complained we were given a free bottle of water! Seriously a bad hotel! We left at 2 in the morning and just drove our 9 hours home! Dont stay here!”

“Good breakfast. Parking was easy. Only complaint is that the room needs some TLC. Furniture is older and stained, plumbing fixtures were loose and tub was chipped”

“We were unaware of pet fee when booking on expedia, somehow missed the hidden $75 fee. Along with that fee for an our very well behaved, non-shedding dog, we paid an already high amount for a beat up room. There were many damages to the room, dead bugs on the floor, muddy paw prints in the bathroom and sticky tile. Everything else was average and did not seem to add up to our payment for this. The staff was very unflexible and unhelpful with our concerns. We will never stay at a Residence Inn……
