“Although the rooms I booked were non smoking rooms, there was still a smell of smoke in the rooms. The furniture was dirty and didn't appear to have been cleaned. The beds were made though. The check in process was frustrating the person checking us in did not appear to be familiar with the process, we had called ahead of time to see if we could get connecting rooms, the notes were made but when we arrived we were told that they had no options of connecting rooms, yet other family members that……

“Beautiful place to stay, and comfy, keep in mind parking is extra, valet wasn’t present the entire night so had to park across the street and pay there. Front desk lady was terrible. ”
