“Room 1 air-conditioning was not strong even in the nights and left it on the whole day and 4 nights. We opted to sleep our heads on the feet area of the bed to feel the aircon. Otherwise, most of the staff very good, done excellent job and friendly. Another thing one of the Male reception staff took the Clients from Febry. I only confirmed and changed the time of our booked massage by Febry but this staff made a booking from another Company. We were halfway of our room massage, when the……

“Great little boutique hotel with private villas too. Lovely staff - close to the action but away from it too. Beautiful gardens! I have been coming here for over 20 years!!”

“Very nice view. Staff here are helpful and friendly! Highly recommend this resort for vacation and scuba diving! Will stay here again if I visit Padang Bai in the future! Thank you for everything!”

“I had a lovely stay at Sabana Ubud. The property is well kept, and the rooms are modern and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and made me feel at ease throughout my visit. As a solo female traveller, I’d happily recommend it to others travelling on their own. The food was good, with a varied menu offering something to suit different tastes.”

“Nice location, friendly staffs, various food options, clean room and hot water.”

“Such an amazing property!! So happy with my stay here.”

“I booked a deluxe room with ocean view. Their property is right on the beach, not merely nearby, like many other places that have beach in their name. Friendly staff, great restaurant, hot shower, big clean room, balcony, cold a/c. Near snorkelling sites. I highly recommend this stay.”

“Many inspect and animal nearby. Have the animal jump into my room swimming pool. Around the hotel, there is many lazard. At night, there will be many sound outside the room. It maybe is animal. No hot water for shower. Breakfast is not good. Not worth this price. ”

“Staff were fantastic . Unfortunately plumbing went awry and our.room stunk of sewerage, getting so bad we had to ask the move rooms. Staff were happy to accommodate this but we had to ask as the cleaning staff just acted like the room was fine. No hot water on the last day. Quiet and out of the way but obviously has both some teething and ongoing maintenance issues. These things ruined our stay there.”
