“The staff is the highlight. Very friendly and helpful, so the stars are mostly for them. The facilities could definitely use a revamp. The hot water from the shower was inconsistent, it would sometimes become piping hot for a few seconds. We also had the problem of not having hot water after a while on the first night, which was fixed but still was a hassle because it went cold when our kid was showering. Also, the towels and bed sheets could be cleaner. The breakfast was pretty good though the……

“令人放鬆環境，在這裡住了兩晚，睡到自然醒，午後在附近散步或涼亭發呆或泳池泡水，連續兩晚犒賞自己Baliness massage，按摩師很專業，力道恰到好處，能精準按到痠痛處，實在太棒了！最重要的是，每位工作人員都非常親切nice，下次來烏布一定再會選擇這裡 Appreciate the friendly staffs who have been taking care of us for the past two days. Cozy environment where you can stay in your cabin for a whole afternoon in the lovely swimming pool with countryside view. Balinese massage is a must try that pressure can be released completely by their professional skills. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a chill……

“The resort was beautiful, the staff were beyond helpful, kind and accommodating. The food was delicious and had great variety. The spa services were amazing and the spa staff were kind, remembered our faces and would great us when we passed by. The pool looked like it could use some love, but given the rainy season it made sense it would not be the easiest to keep clean. Overall a great place and would for sure go back. ”

The only two things made I mark down are the lights are not enough in the morning when I need to put my make up on, and there are too many ants although I knew because it is a very natural environment, but I always worried about if the ants played in my clothes or in my bed. But I enjoyed Ketut's place a lot!! Thanks to all the people there, they are very friendly and helpful.”

“一整棟的VILLA還有自己的泳池，真的是蠻不錯！只是設施都不算太好，百葉窗有點不靈光，有一間浴室的水流很慢都會有點淹水，還有一度跳電，但是值得稱讚的是，飯店服務人員對於我們的問題都有盡力並迅速幫我們解決，有一個檯燈一打開就爆了，電線還斷掉，有點嚇人，但是隔天就迅速換新，相當有誠意！另外入住還有迎賓飲料，早餐就是Villa外的咖啡廳，但是早餐沒有很早開始，所以如果有行程很早要出門的就可能吃不到了，早餐還算普通，記得點咖啡可以喝到正宗峇里島咖啡，大概有1/3杯都是咖啡粉很特別～”

“找了很久竹子主题的酒店都没有特别满意的，直至看到波西米亚酒店非常中意立刻预订。酒店只有一条路通车，旁边就是圣猴森林还有Laka Leke脏鸭餐厅，酒店本身也包含餐厅，而且菜品非常出色美味！我住的是wonder房，有露台和阁楼，一大面墙都是漂亮的壁画，设施也是竹子做的，非常干净舒适！房间和花园泳池都让我们很惊艳和兴奋！ 缺点：1.房间wifi不好用；2.房间没有电视电话；3.浴室的落地玻璃窗窗帘很透，晚上开灯后外面看浴室发生的一切非常清楚，卧室的玻璃窗也没有窗帘和遮挡；4.酒店后面是一个工地，白天施工比较吵。”

“9월 말에 방문했는데 비수기라 그런지 사람들도 많지 않아 수영장을 둘이서만 사용했어요. 마찬가지로 비수기라 그런지 호텔 마사지도 40프로 할인해줬고요. 몇몇 리뷰에서 벌레가 많다는 내용을 보았는데 1층에서 머물렀음에도 불구하고 3일동안 숙소내에서 벌레는 한번도 못봤어요. 다만 욕실 창이 조금 위생적이지 않았어요. 룸서비스로 오믈렛을 시켜도 8000원도 하지 않고 숲속에 있는것 같은 느낌의 숙소에서 힐링히다 돌아갑니다. 덕분에 너무 즐거웠어요.”

“床鋪應該沒有很乾淨，我跟女友入住3晚我們都被一粒一粒的昆蟲(我們覺得是蝨)咬，咬到皮膚又紅又癢一粒一粒的，每晚都睡不好… 我們房間冷氣不夠冷，還有網絡非常慢，想查一些要緊的事情等很久都跑不出來，受不了就去附近cafe買杯咖啡用店內Wifi…”
