“The onsen was the best I’ve ever been in. The outdoor “wood spas” with about 10 different minerals and essential oils was absolutely fantastic. My only gripe is that the half board meals are identical day to day. I only stayed 2 days, so I’m not sure how frequently the food items change. I will say the selection is giant. “Clean room, easy shuttle bus ride to base areas, helpful staff, great restaurants at the hotel, location was close to other stores and restaurants. Boot room and ski lockers were close to the shuttle pick-up/drop-off so it made equipment storage and retrieval a breeze. Will definitely be returning in the future for another wonderful ski vacation.”
