“I had a great stay! The staff was friendly, the room was fantastic! I enjoyed myself very much! And I also won a little bit hahah”

“A/c in my room didn’t work. Asked to change rooms and was told they couldn’t and they’d have maintenance fix the a/c which they didn’t ”

“So obviously they have been remodeling. The new updated flooring looks so much better. The room we had ; had an old shower with mold. Definitely need to replace the showers! The tub in my room was AWESOME! I loved the lake view . Although during our stay our privacy “fence” broke so we really couldn’t enjoy it the next day. But they did send maintenance pretty fast to fix . Which was great! TVs are small, maybe a little update on TVs too! Staff was nice and friendly. Although they shouldn’t……

“Stay was good, nice room. Rated at 4 Check in process disjointed, eg. Already have my CC in the system to pay for the room. The iPad app for "incidentals" had NONE of my information! No ability to at least scan my CC, Actually wanted me to enter ALL info over again - manually! Rated at 0/1 Lack of an elevator should be noted the your listings.”
