“The check-in process was frustrating. We arrived around 6 PM and there was no one at the front desk. I had to spend about 15 minutes entering all the guest information to get our key, even though I had already completed everything online.
The room was very basic—no water, refrigerator, coffee/tea maker, or iron. There was also quite a bit of dust under the beds. The view is beautiful, but the trains pass by frequently and are very noisy, especially at night, so I wouldn’t recommend it for……

“I booked my room with a prepaid rate. Having already booked, I was told that there would be no one on reception to receive me so I would have to go to their sister hotel to receive my key. This turned out to be a 15 minute walk away, hugely irritating as I arrived after dark in a new town by taxi. I was then told that the spa/sauna facilities were not working at the apartments and so I would have to use the facilities at the hotel, just not convenient at all.
