“I like that the property was clean but our room was in front of the highway and we can hear all of the cars all throughout the night. So if you’re not a heavy sleeper you will be awake the whole night. Like what happened to me. Breakfast is with a fee with $12 DISCOUNT. You also get a 1 complimentary drink but redeemable PM only not in the morning.”

“Check in staff was a nice lady. The room was nice, clean and spacious, the major issue was the door. It didn’t shut tight at all, we had to slam the door otherwise anyone from the hallway can just Push the door and come in the room. When my husband realized the door didn’t close properly from the outside of the door there was a house keeper who told him to “slam the door shut.” There were no extra trash bags either so I had to go ask the front desk twice. The first time I asked the staff said……

“The hot tub in the room drain wouldn’t close couldn’t use it the whole weekend ”

“The quality of the toilet paper and Kleenex are poor, rough. I missed having flavored creamer offered in the dining room. A microwave in the dinning room would be helpful. The cleaning supplies they use smell great. ”
