"Excellent location from American Family Field! We enjoyed a very clean hotel & casino, all staff were super helpful as the property is very large to get around. We played slots and won enough to play several hours. Absolutely gorgeous property! Can't wait to go back!"

"Great customer service. Included happy hour drinks and breakfast is awesome and the parking is right next door so it’s a great convenient place. The only concern was the loud motorcycles that kept looping outside but that was really out of their control."

"Great and helpful service, place has a great vibe. I had some minor quibbles with the room (TV issues and some bathroom oddities, walls seemed to be a bit thin) but otherwise I enjoyed my brief stay."

"We had a nice stay but we did find two used robes in the closet of our suite. So someone forgot to remove them from previous guests. Also we were not supplied with any coffee pods or mugs for our coffee maker. Just two water bottles. We called and requested coffee and mugs in the morning, but didn’t receive them before checkout. The front desk staff was not very friendly when we called about the coffee. And some of us were offered champagne at checkout while some of us weren’t. The valet staff was very friendly and attentive so we appreciated that."
