“Thing I didn’t like is how hotel staff is operating.
On request for Manager, They never appear.
Hotel accidentally charged me $900 more and they didnt know how to refund.
Numerous phone calls by me and it took 12 hours to get refund from them.
In all conversations Manager never came on call and given assurance.”

“The hotel is situated at a quiet alley. There is a security guard outside the alley so we felt safe even at night. Staff is friendly and helpful.
But we have to complain about the airport pick up service. We reserved the airport pick up service at night. When the hotel driver picked us up, there was another guy helping us to move one of our suitcases to the car. We thought both this guy and the driver were from the hotel. After we loaded our suitcases to the car, the non driver guy requested……
