“Putzfrauen waren super, Zimmer war sauber. Personal an der poolbar sehr nett und zuvorkommend, Personal im Buffet Restaurant bis auf ein zwei Ausnahmen ständig schlecht gelaunt. Checkin sehr freundlich, zimmertausch unproblematisch , check out genervt.
Sehr laute Umgebung, toller Strand vor der Haustür.
Hotelparkplatz zu teuer für 10 Euro am Tag, ansonsten gibt es baum Park Möglichkeiten vor Ort.

“Despite some of the negative reviews, it was a great stay. Staff were great, attentive and helpful. Food was fantastic as well as the evening entertainment. The only downside for me was all of the young people in groups at the beginning of my stay, doing balloons and made the hotel smell very green which I found very inappropriate as there were families there with young children so harder policing around that would’ve been better. ”

“Wurde versucht ein minderwertiges abgewohntes Zimmer zu geben. Angeblich kein besseres Standartzimmer frei. Erst nach Weigerung einen Aufpreis für Club Alexandre zu zahlen, war dann doch ein besseres Zimmer frei. Auch dieses Zimmer hatte kleinere Mängel (kaputte Abfalleimer, Ameisen, etwas laut). Der russische Rezeptioniist verkauft einen f ür dumm und ist arogant. Hat wohl selbst auch wenig Entscheidungsbefugnis. Boden im Speisesaal ist unterirdisch, runtergefallenes wird während der Schicht……

“Nice apartments in a new suburbanish neighborhood. The apartment was nice and clean. The location is about 18 minutes from Los Christianos depending on the traffic. It you do not have a rental car then taxies may be expensive. Closes bus stop is about 25 minutes away. ”
