“We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices. “This is a very unique and trendy hotel. The bars and restaurants are all top quality. The staff are absolutely amazing and go out of their way to be helpful with anything you may need. It is an amazing property and walking distance to so many restaurants and shops. Will definitely return and stay again.”
