“It’s just OK hotel with smelly room and overpriced parking. We parked for half the price three minutes of walk. The front desk wasn’t friendly. They also charged some tax on top of reservation without informing us.”

“For the price of the room, none of the outlets or the USBs worked by the bed. It was the smallest "queen" we have ever slept in. The ice machine did not have ice either morning we tried to fill it before our tournament. There was a cooler with "complimentary" bagged ice but eas empty the whole weekend. Tried calling the front desk multiple times during the weekend and I was on hold for 15 mins before even speaking to someone. When I pay this much for a room, I at least expect the bare minimum……

“I liked that it was close walking distance to the Fieldhouse for the Fever game. The staff was nice and friendly. The room was nice and clean all in all. It was a good overnight stay except… Our room the air conditioner was not working. It was 80° sleeping and I felt like we were at the races from the outside traffic speeding up and down the road other than that, it was a nice place.”

“The soap dispenser in the shower was empty and the shampoo was not even there. The dispenser was not even on the wall. Couldn’t use the coffee pot as some of the components were missing! Seems like it was very quickly gone through. One of the water bottles that they bragged about having in the room was opened and partly empty. The coffee table was very dirty.”

“Another great stay. We had one day only with issues with Room service, but the manager was very professional and resolved it right away. We will return!”

“The apartment is nicely furnished and in a great location for dining and nightlife activities. The rooms are clean. The faucet in the tub was old and nearly coming out of the wall. Otherwise, the bathroom was okay. The check-in process was horrible. We did not receive our check-in information and link within 48 hours of our arrival. When we called the property, they stated the link would be sent on our arrival day. We mentioned that we might need to cancel to avoid the risk of driving for 2……

“Do not let these people fool you from what they show online is completely different. When you walk in the door first off I was hit by a horrible smell. It’s probably had something to do with the fact that their AC did not work. I come inside from scorching hot weather outside just to be met with the same weather inside.! I called Expedia and Cozy suites several times about this issue and all they keep saying is do you want to cancel your reservation?? then the day of checkout time before it’s……
