“Fairly new hotel. Clean room and friendly staff. There was an issue inside the room that couldn’t get fixed right away, front desk staffs tried their best to help, eventually front desk manager Jai was able to come up with the solution quickly. I would stay there again because of Jai’s professionalism and her crew. ”

“We booked two nights, and didnt stay. There were bugs and what looked like pubic hair on the pillow cases. Then when we asked for a refund and the staff was very rude. Didnt get a full refund and was very unhappy with the whole process to say the least. ”

“Room wasnt the one in pictures tbat we rented. No jet tub had to pay another $50 to get a room woth bathtub. Staff/owner very rude horrible idea to go there ”

“Room was just okay, but the bathroom shower floor had been patched and quite dangerous for a handicap accessible room...also, breakfast was so unappealing that I ate elsewhere. Staff was friendly is the only positive comment I could give. Parking was fine.”

“There was a pet across the hall, had a sign on the door. Never heard any sounds. The hotel is beautiful. Welcoming, great amenities. The room was very nice but it's starting to look really dated. A lot dings, the electrical outlets were all loose from the wall, that was a huge concern. Several did not work. I had to physically move the microwave to a different location because the kitchen plugs were not working due to being so loose from the wall. Cleanliness, it wasn't perfect. I pulled an……

“Check in was easy. The room was really nice, everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. There was a nice kitchenette with a stove, microwave and dishwasher with the fridge in the island between the kitchen and living area. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were softer than we like them. Breakfast in the morning was very organized and everything tasted great. Great stay!”

“Make sure you have you id and card to match I was traveling with my kids and I used my hubby card but he was not here with me. It was good that she made sure and helped me check in but asking my hubby to fill out paperwork work and send it back very happy for the help and her doing her job ”
