Wir mussten die Summe vor Ort noch einmal bez und E-bookers erstattete unser Geld zurück. Die Zimmer waren kaum Gereinigt, böden gar nicht, im Badezimmer waren weder Handtücher noch wc papier. "We had a short break of 3 nights at this hotel. The rooms were nice, clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the cleaners did a good job of cleaning the room daily. The only downfall with the room is that there was no kettle and if needed you’d have to pay a charge for each night which I’ve never had done before. The staff were overall very friendly and helpful but upon check in I feel they could have done a better job of explaining certain things about the hotel as most hotels do. Lunch and dinner was excellent. The variety was huge and the food was very flavoursome and delicious. The breakfast was not to my liking but that’s just my experience as im particular with my breakfast. There was a lot of variety with croissants and pastries. There waterpark was also very good so I would recommend this hotel especially for families with young children"
