The staff greeted us with warmth and charm, and the housekeeping was so attentive it seemed like a sprinkle of magic kept everything spotless. Our room was a cozy retreat—bright, comfortable, and with a bathroom so lovely it felt like a private spa. The true star, though, was our canal view—waking up to gondolas gliding by was pure enchantment. Mornings were made extra special with the excellent breakfast buffet—so many delicious choices, the perfect way to kick off a day of Venetian adventures. "Fabulous location, my room opened to the canal and that made it even more special. Rooms have very old style furnishings but that’s with most hotels in Venice. The room was very spacious and also had very high ceilings creating an added sense of space. Breakfast was just average"
