"We love coming to Silverado and plan to return many times in the future. What is hard to understand, is how the food (especially in the patio) can be so terrible. Napa is renown for its food and dining experience so to have such terrible food and service at your restaurants, is disappointing. I hope that you get a new chef and reinvent your dining experience."

"Our room A/C wasn't working after we checked in, they immediately sent out maintenance. When they couldn't fix it they found another room right away. Great service! Would stay again, beautiful property 5 minutes from downtown."

"The hotel was right on downtown so easily accessible to shops. The lobby is small but the live music on Friday and Saturday were an extra treat. The food was excellent and the rooms were spacious and very clean. The beds were covered with nice linens and comfy."

"Clean and modern rooms. They let you stay one night on a weekend. 3min Uber to downtown. Walkable 15 min. But it was 94* the day we were there. Don’t waste your money on a river view room. No view"

"This Inn is a perfect place to stay while visiting Napa. The rooms are beautiful! The one we stayed in had a fireplace, claw foot bath tub and cozy, quiet luxury aesthetics. It’s walking distance to the river walk and fabulous restaurants. Cole’s Chop House and Sweetie Pie’s Bakery are off the charts!"

"I loved the location, the pool and the breakfast. It was walking distance to everything. Staff was so nice. They acknowledged us every time they walked by with a hello. Nice touch. Bed was comfortable. The rooms were nice with a fireplace and a Nespresso Machine. We were very happy and will come again."

"Kenwood Inn & Spa was such a wonderful find for my husband and me. In what can sometimes be the hectic environment of Wine Country, this spot is quiet, small and intimate. The staff is professional, courteous, and very responsive. (I texted about something 2 times and received a response within minutes!) Most of the guests we spoke to - from all over the country - were on return visits. I know that my husband and I will be among them."

The staff was friendly and always around if you needed anything, it definitely is well staffed. Food and drinks were incredible, they have great chef or chef’s on hand. My only suggestion to the people booking is book just straight through the hotel itself. I went thru a third party and will not do that again."
