“Beautiful hotel, staff were friendly and helpful. Very clean and really comfortable beds. The only downside was that after 4pm the only bar snacks were pizza. The drinks were quite expensive too. The evening entertainment could of been better. Apart from those 2 things, the holiday was amazing”

“Wir waren jetzt wieder im Juni, genau ein Jahr nach unserem letzten Aufenthalt. Es hat sich an sich nichts geändert. Hauptgründe für die Buchung waren erneut die Lage und dass es ein Erwachsenenhotel ist. In der Kombination hat es ein wirklich gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Leider immer noch ein massives Problem mit Parkplätzen. Diesmal hatten wir ein Zimmer auf der 6. Etage. Die Lage war schön, aber es war trubeliger als letztes Mal auf der 4. Etage. Direkt unter dem Balkon ist das……

“The property was well located across from the Ramblas and down the street from the most beautiful park. The rooftop pool and sunning area gave a wonderful view of the surrounding area and mountains and water. All the staff was personable and helpful. I would definitely return to this hotel.”

“Based in a fabulous converted old house with an inner courtyard based in the centre of La Laguna within four minutes walk of the cathedral. We had originally booked Manila suite but, on reading reviews about noise (although apparently it has now been double glazed) and speaking with the property, we decided to upgrade to the Amaro Pargo suite, which was lovely and spacious and at the back of the property, with a large balcony overlooking the inner courtyard and beautiful glazed balcony……

“Activities coordinator was friendly, funny, and very welcoming. The food was great and had lots of variety over the 2 weeks. The all inclusive option was a great value for us, and made the trip stress free. Would highly recommend this resort with the all inclusive option!”

“I enjoyed my stay at the hotel . The staff were all friendly and welcoming during my stay . The rooms were cleaned daily and the towels were changed each day . There was a wide choice of options at breakfast and dinner. One evening guests at the option of a sushi station. Good value for money, I was HB so paid for drinks with dinner each evening. They accept cash or card . Or you can upgrade to the drinks package. The entertainment was fair, bingo was a favourite with many guests as well……
