“I absolutely loved everything about this hotel. The staff is fantastic, particularly Adriana, the receptionist, and Jackson, who served breakfast in the morning. They’re incredibly caring and offer amazing hospitality. It’s a 10-star hotel, not 8.8 as the ratings suggest! This is a new hotel with rooftop and ground-floor swimming pools and a sauna and cold water treatment on the first floor. They also provide free shuttle buses to the beach and Albufeira old town. “The location in old town was excellent as was the amazing sea view. The staff was lovely and helpful. Unfortunately, the bed had a top sheet and no blanket/duvet. There were comforters in a closet but we had no idea if they were previously used so did not use them. The towels were subpar and had a few holes in them. Our air conditioning never really kicked in and it was hot. For location, staff and view I would stay there. Know that other things in the room are not 4 stars.”
