“Excellent location and cleanliness. Much better if staff has more compassionate at work. Suggest the staff at counter preparing omelette can make sunny eggs also, instead saying no but asking them to get them on plates but actually none instead, and collect city tax upon checking-in rather than checking out to expedite the process. ”

“This is a fine hotel. Our room was lovely, although it took some time to adjust to the "smart home" features. The buffet breakfast is beautiful and sumptuous, and the servers are very attentive. I LOVED the infinity pool and the rooftop bar. I was not as impressed with the actual restaurant menu. The gym facility is good sized with an array of exercise equipment. I did not use the spa or indoor pool area, but they were expansive and gorgeous areas at the hotel. Also a shout out to the……

“The water button in the shower room had poor contact; in addition, during the stay, the service staff used the master key to enter the room without knocking, which frightened the roommates. I hope the hotel will review the equipment and educate the service staff to pay attention. Other service quality is very good and feedback is quick.”

The hotel is also extremely generous – free and unlimited bottles of water (still and sparking) and soft drinks, free snacks all day round, free walking tour everyday, and free wine tastings every day. The room is also very nice and sound proof. I will definitely stay at this hotel again when I come back to Lisbon!”
