"If only the owners would listen to the customer feedback from previous guests! All the same niggling issues stop this from getting g a 5 star rating. Dirty pots and pans, a central heating system that needed to be rebooted constantly, poor level of cleaning generally, all have been commented on by previous guests!"

"One of the best holiday properties we have stayed in. Spotlessly clean and thoughtful decor; beautiful landscape prints everywhere. Everything you could possibly want for a weeks stay with a well equipped kitchen, amazing shower and private outside space. Location is great and within walking distance of shops/pubs/ woodland walks. Helpful, friendly hosts who were on hand if needed. Will be returning!x"

"I picked this place due to it being a good distance from all the places I aimed to visit. Just over an hour to Skye, Mallaig etc and less to Fort William and Glencoe. I was aware that there's not many shops nearby but I was well prepared. The place is spacious for a 1 or 2 person stay but possibly a bit tight for 4. Great parking close to accommodation. There were a few faults that shouldn't take long to fix. Catching front door. Internal doors that don't all stay shut, kitchen cupboard...

"Cottage 10 is exactly as advertised. Very comfortable and clean. Great location. The Abbey grounds are beautiful; walk into town is very nice. And the walk from the Abbey along the South Loch Ness Trial is wonderful! Also, great location for day trips west to Isle of Skye and north to Inverness and beyond."

"One of the messages from the property didn't come through, the one that gave decent directions. Several places en route looked like they were the property. It took a while, but we eventually found it. Apparently there's a kitchen on site, but we only found one in the hostel across the street? Had a hard time finding the switch to turn on the hot water, I tried messaging the property, but it was late and I never got a response. The switch was pretty big by the showers, I probably missed it since...

"Cozy little static caravan. Everything was clean and tidy. Fully equipped kitchen, towels in each room. It's one double bed and two single beds in three rooms. Roma are comfortable but small, so if you are a tall person you will struggle. 15 minutes walk from Fort Augustus. Quiet location. "
