“We rent a room here 2X/month for my son to have a visit with his dad who is temporarily away in treatment. You can’t beat the price- however you do get what you pay for…. The pool comes in clutch during summer,& there’s so many options nearby for shopping and food; however they were undergoing some construction/maintenance inside the hotel & the guest service clerk accidentally gave us a room filled with the contractors tools/machinery/materials, etc. once we walked back to the lobby& told……

“The room me and my family stayed in was decent. Some things seemed to be damaged due to age and the neighbors were loud and drunk, luckily I bought my ear plugs with me! The location of the hotel is convenient if you’re traveling to great wolf lodge and it has food places nearby and a seven eleven that’s walking distance from the hotel. The staff was very kind however, the only issue we had was towels!! We requested them after a 2 1/2 hour drive from Atlantic city and arrived back to the hotel……

“Never received check in information until reaching out to host multiple times. The property was not cleaned until 4pm, check in was listed as 12. When coming in after the cleaning the house was filthy. There was dirt all over the floor. The beds had a horrible smell and the pillowcases & sheets appeared to not have been changed. There was hair in the beds. The shower was covered in hair as well. The description said soap, shampoo and other shower necessities are provided, they were all……

“I got there to see it was nothing like the picture’s also i went to my room tub wasn’t clean microwave was nasty and dirty..i went to call to complain the phone aint work..so i had to Go to notify the staff about my issue. And he had nerve to tell me house is gone for today and maintenance was gone for today they’ll handle it tomorrow.i said excuse me i wont be here tomorrow.. so he called his manager and sent me to another room and its looked the same but clean it was terrible service never go……
