“Stayed because of the convenience— but that’s really all it was and became a hassle with the lack of hospitality. Big AC adapters in the main lobby area. Coffee bar / food area always closed or out of something. Pool was bubbly and seemed poorly maintained. No late checkout and as the front desk said “ we highly discourage you to stay around after check out”.”

“The room me and my family stayed in was decent. Some things seemed to be damaged due to age and the neighbors were loud and drunk, luckily I bought my ear plugs with me! The location of the hotel is convenient if you’re traveling to great wolf lodge and it has food places nearby and a seven eleven that’s walking distance from the hotel. The staff was very kind however, the only issue we had was towels!! We requested them after a 2 1/2 hour drive from Atlantic city and arrived back to the hotel……

“Never received check in information until reaching out to host multiple times. The property was not cleaned until 4pm, check in was listed as 12. When coming in after the cleaning the house was filthy. There was dirt all over the floor. The beds had a horrible smell and the pillowcases & sheets appeared to not have been changed. There was hair in the beds. The shower was covered in hair as well. The description said soap, shampoo and other shower necessities are provided, they were all……
