"Really enjoyed my stay here except for a couple of things. When I first got into my room it felt a bit warm. Turns out the door to the balcony was ajar. While I was trying to close it, I noticed caution tape tied to the balcony (just hanging there loosely). When I checked out, the person in the office seemed confused about it too."

The property , amenities , and especially the front desk staff were unbelievable and made the stay that much more pleasant!! This should be your go to property when visiting the Baltimore area!! Hooray for the Roost. Only negative they need onsite parking."

"Loved the Silver Tree suites. The room was spacious and worked well for our weekend. We had a restaurant and bar on-site which was also convenient. Kids could play outside while parents had a drink or two. Took out the kayaks from the on-site marina - they have boat rentals as well. It was all very convenient and relaxing."

"This was our 1st time going to Deep Creek Lake. They allowed us to check in a little early which was wonderful! The lobby area was beautiful and had games to play at the tables. Our suite was nice and clean. Some of the lights didnt work so it felt dark in our room. The bed upstairs was very firm. The kitchen was fully stocked. We liked having the sofa bed and huge TV. It was also nice that they had coffee in the lobby in the morning. They have boat and kayak rentals on the property which was...

"We did stay off season during the week so the property was quiet. Unit was clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly. The fireplace was not working and it was reported and no one fixed it or communicated about the issue. There was not a TV in the bedroom. Overall good experience and would stay again."

"The bathroom floor tiles had missing grout, which could have caused someone to get hurt. The window blinds were open, making the room warm. The room didn't cool down until around 3 a.m. Please do something with the windows up high. The light coming in the morning wakes you up. I have pictures if needed. "
