The booking was deceiving, makes you think you’ll have free parking on property, but secure parking is $35 plus tax a night, so $40 a night. I wasn’t told that they add taxes and fees as well. Additionally, they have only one elevator and it broke for part of the day. Some of the staff were friendly and helpful, while others dismissive. Couldn’t even properly tell me a close place to grab breakfast, literally just down the street. One was applying her make up sitting at the front desk. Anyone above the first floor had to use the stairs. I saw no real amenities other than a token for coffee/drink and a washer/dryer. The room was clean, but the tv only used streaming devices (from what I could tell) and you had to log on to your apps in order to watch tv. My biggest issue is that I prepaid for the room on a travel app, but when I did pre-check in, they charged my card an additional night. I called and was told that Expedia hadn’t paid them, but she removed the it. At check out I asked if they were only charging my parking fees, what I thought was $70. They charged $121.09. I checked both Expedia's receipt and theirs and I actually paid more than the two nights stay with Expedia, who did pay them. When I called I was told that they only owed me $2, their math. This is incorrect as I have both receipts to prove it. I had to dispute the charge with my bank, but I will never stay with them again and do not recommend.
