“Easy check in, staff was very friendly and polite, breakfast was good”

“Jada Stutts at the front desk was lovely. She greeted us promptly and with a smile. I requested a high floor and she put us on floor number four. The hotel room was fine. Clean room and bathroom. Our air conditioner was quite noisy though. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, for a Marriott property. Maybe the chef was just having an off morning. If we are traveling through again, we would stay at this hotel.”

“When I checked in, someone suddenly opened the door and came in. It felt like the management was not in place and needed improvement.”

“Some of the staff are very rude especially front desk Jasmine some rooms have bugs and they allow pets that are not leashed which I was frightened of when on my way to work. They do try to accommodate to switch rooms if your unhappy parking is ok but my kid car had got hit from the back while parked. Housekeeper Carmen is very nice property manager is nice.”

“The hotel employees are very friendly and efficient. The perfect facilities of the hotel made the staying comfortable. The spa pool is my most favorite. There is a Vons across the street with some little restaurants around. I’ve recommended the hotel to my friends.”
