“The host could have been more responsive. First of all I had to contact VBRO to get our entry code, which I had been told would arrive 24 hours in advance. Some things in that were listed in the folder where not available as described. When I tried to use the hairdryer,and it didn't work, he did not offer to replace it or reimburse me when my husband went out a bought a new one. The unit was furnished with basic necessities, but need more teaspoons, and other kitchen dishes and tools. The……

“This hotel does not have air conditioning. Make sure you know that before you go! The room was kind of dirty and there were bugs in the bathroom. The pool was green and closed. I couldn’t really get help because no one worked there that we saw, and they never provided a front desk number.”

Everything was clean and ready to go when we got there, which we definitely appreciated.The yard/outdoor space was a big win for us too, just nice to have that extra room to relax a bit.
