“Ok, I have stayed at many condos. I do prefer a different one in Fort Morgan but they were booked. The main complaint is my unit 6306 was ROACH INFESTED!! I really almost left, but you drive 8 hours have all your stuff, felt kinda stuck. I have NEVER stayed anywhere w Roaches crawling on walls, probably 15 in garbage can if you didn't change garbage right away. I had to store food in fridge. I had to leave my bags outside when I got home and go through each item to make sure no Roaches were……

“We loved the view and proximity to the pool and boardwalk. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Overall, we liked this space and would stay again with what we know now.It was musty. The bathroom fan does not work. We found a fan in the closet and ran it a lot. But it's big and takes up a lot of space. Otherwise you can't get anything dry if it's humid out. The space is small with little storage.The door lock is hard to manage if you have any issues with arm strength or coordination.……

“The hot tub broke during our stay, the other hot tub was only partially filled. The pools outside were freezing, in the indoor pool was dirty. The basketball and tennis courts were amazing! Indoor gym was very small.”
