Zero accommodating or helpful. Corona Virus or not, we needed a hotel to rest, sleep & eat that I booked a few days in advance. Not by choice, my daughters university in KS shut down and wanted students moved out asap. I figured spend a little more money for someplace nicer. If the Hyatt didn’t want to service guests they should have closed! And Hotel.com should not have advertised them and also listed there would be NO services available. Not only was there no place to get food/beverages on the property anything nearby was closed as well. Ice machines turned off (our floor, floor above, and floor below) and when better to offer food service delivered to a guests room... zilch. Front desk, completely no help and just appeared bored out of their minds. But boy they made sure to also charge you for that overnight self parking too at $20+. I haven’t gotten around to complaining to Hyatt, but I will!
