"Rooms on the back side overlook a dirty green zone and our room was placed in the newer building while we would have preferred being in the old building. Access to spa and swimming pool has to be made trough the entrance and the lobby plus the bar, not very adequate in bathing gown. Otherwise, very nice staff and good kitchen. Lovely hotel right on the lake
"It looked good on the photos before we booked, but, when we arrived it was even better! We booked the day before after changing our plans so couldnt gat a lake view room, but our "side lake view" didnt disappoint. The staff were great, the food was first class and the view from the restaurant and terrace was exceptional. Argegno is small but there are maybe a dozen bars/cafes/restaurants within 2 minutes walk of the hotel. The ferry service and the bus to Como made the choice of location perfect. "
