“I was very disappointed that our rooms were not cleaned daily. We had to make our own beds. We stayed for 5 nights and our room was only vacuumed 1 time. The window seals in the dining room were full of dead gnats and a spider. Plus the breakfast attended was not very happy with her duties and was not very nice. We had to go get clean towels.”

“Vending machines were empty. Swimming pool was drained definitely an inconvenience.”

“The staff was very friendly, the price of the rooms was great! There was plenty of parking. I'm handicapped, so I appreciated how many spots were available. My jacuzzi was super clean and worked very well, and the bathrooms were very nice. The bed was comfortable. The only complaint I would have is the WiFi speed. I kept getting kicked off and I couldn't upload my YouTube videos so I lost 2 subscribers. Also, if you want to stream, I would advise bringing a RoKu.”

“I wish I could rave about the pool but it was down for maintenance during a stay. So I requested a refund to stay somewhere else and all the responded with was yea, it isn't working!! They didn't respond to Expedia either! Don't stay here! Friends had Taco Bell wrappers and coke cans in their "clean" room when they checked in!”

“Check was fast and easy. Room was clean. Plenty of towels and hair care products. Breakfast was delicious and varied daily. Staff was always friendly. Pool area was nice. Con: Rear door was never closed, not sure if key card reader worked, security concern. Water was leaking around the bottom of the door. Our rooms AC unit was a bit noisy/loud when it kicked on. Other than that, great stay, comfortable beds, coffee maker…thanks would stay again.”

“The hotel is clean. The woman who checked me in was nice. However, when I called the next day about a random additional charge on my card, the person I spoke to was very unpleasant. If you’re traveling with a dog, do NOT stay here. The pet fee is $75! Most hotels have between a $15-$25 dollar pet fee. I was told what the fee was when I checked in. I just paid for my stay and checked out the next morning. Then I noticed an additional $25 charge on my card. When I called, they said they hadn’t……

“The woman at the front desk for check-in was so nice, helpful and informative. She had no issue when I returned to the desk with two bath towels and a hand towel that appeared to still be dirty. The room was FREEZING and smelled like stale pot smoke. One bed had holes in the sheets and "comforter." The beds were way too squishy. When I sat on the edge, I felt like I was sitting on the floor. The floor was sticky and dirty. I forgot my slip on shoes, so I left my shoes on as long as I……
