“The views were amazing!”

“Housekeeping was a hit or miss but mostly a miss. We only had our room cleaned twice during a five night stay and on one of those days they took our towels and didn’t replace them. We had to call the front desk twice for towels and once for a hair dryer, which was not in the room. The towels were raggedy and close to having holes in them. I wish I had taken a picture of them. I will not stay here again.”

“The man at the desk I believe he was the manager was rude from the beginning, I even asked him if he was upset and his answer was "no." I'm a single mom trying to take my kids to experience different places, but we all were disappointed with the way we were treated. I made a reservation for 5 people, and we didnt receive a blanket for one of us, so I went back downstairs to ask him for one, and he said "we don't have any blankets." Is the entire hotel all book? Can you check in another room?……

“Excellent Staff, very friendly. Great breakfast. Great local suggestions and location. Room was very clean, with only 1 caveat, missing drain items from the bathtub which did not make it non-functional, just the crew hadn't gotten to that room to finish fixing it up. Other that 1 tiny item, it was far above the 5 other regular hotels I stay at in Tulsa.”

“Breakfast could have more options. But overall was good. Room was clean. Staff was nice. Since we had a trailer, we were worried about space and safety, but their parking area was fully lighted and checked on regular basis. ”

“We were on a girls trip for bachelorette. Ac in room was broken, offered new room but ac also broken in that one. First room smelled bad musty and was so humid even the maintenance man made a comment about smell. Front desk was very unhelpful and did not care. Had to switch to a different hotel at 10pm on first night. At least they gave refund. Wasted 3 hours of our trip on this mess. Highly recommend Comfort Inn which is the hotel we switched to.”
