Check in person was great during check in and thru out our stay. We had left something in the room after checkout, she was able to find our item and get to us - perfect!!!! Breakfast was not the best and expensive for what they served.

Room was not clean when we arrived hair was in the shower and on the shower head, my daughter’s doll got kicked under bed when retrieving it found trash and pens under the bed THAT WAS NOT OURS!!!! Had issues with the toilet where it actually clogged called front desk and still no one came. Gave them two stars for staff cause the gentleman on the day of arrival and into morning was very helpful and attentive! Other than that unresponsive and gross ! Couldn’t even get towels !

It was clean and great for the night. They were very kind and gave us free breakfast for a very minor inconvenience which was unexpected. Just little things like a button on the remote missing and the shampoo and toiletries very low. Beds were comfy, staff was polite and kind. Would definitely stay again!

2 lights out in the room, I asked to have them fixed one fixed 2 days later after 2nd request. Tub faucet loose. No Coffee in Lobby after 9:30am most days 10am others. How about all day coffee? Then I find out I don't get points on my Hiton Honors for this 8 day stay.

The room wasn't the cleanest. Pube hair left in the shower and the lamps were a bit dusty along with the baseboards in the bathroom. Our toilet clogged very easily. The breakfast wasn't very good and the price was extremely high for what you get. It also states they have a hot tub but it was just a lukewarm spa. Overall it was a decent stay but not for the price you pay.
