“Great location for essentials shopping, dining and easy access to grass valley. Tamara is a great manager and the staff was absolutely fabulous. It was nice having the exercise room available 24/7 and the breakfast was a real meal. The room was clean and appeared to be recently upgraded, I rate it 5 Stars for a reasonably priced hotel.”

“Great central spot! Fun rooms, the most comfortable bed and quality linens, feather pillows etc. A few quirks that are very understandable in a historic building in the middle of town (sometimes loud at night) but they have thought about little things like ear plugs and noise machine. “I need to travel to grass Valley for two months for my nursing program. I found this hotel and decided to book it based on the price and was not expecting much because of the price. I was pleasantly surprised! The unit is very big. When you first walk in, you have a bathroom area to the left and then a fridge and microwave on the right and then you walk down a few stairs into the actual room which is a very large space. It doesn’t come with a lot of extras, but it was definitely worth the price……

“Stayed here basically bc I was too tired to keep driving. I arrived late, rang the bell and quickly checked in. While the room is small, it was spotless, with a great shower! The bed was also very comfortable. The next morning, I had a fantastic breakfast at the on-site restaurant/coffee shop. The staff at the hotel and at breakfast were amazing.
