"Clean room, friendly staff. Game room was closed early on a Saturday night, disappointing. Also, one of the reasons I have stayed here for the last few years was the bucket drinks at the pool bar and they have discontinued those, so that is very disappointing. I love this hotel but will probably find one with a better bar and amenities now."

"I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. "Everything was great from the breakfast to our rooms even the pool except only complaint I had was the free shuttle to the parks. We mainly chose this place because it had all the features we were looking for except when we got the schedule for the shuttles to universal and Disney, we were disappointed because they only have one time for getting there and one time for coming back, that’s it. So we ended up having to pay for Uber everyday of our trip which was annoying as it was extra cost we didn’t want to do especially when we thought they would have more flexibility with shuttle service. Who wakes up for a 7am shuttle and then to be rushed back to the hotel by 5p? That’s unrealistic especially when not everyone has early access to the bigger parks. So wish they can update that for guests. Because everything else was amazing!"
