Hotel was great apart from the tv in the room didn’t work properly. It was so pixelated that it was unwatchable. We have stayed here before and the tv in the room was also faulty so this is second time we have experienced this. We complained to staff on checkout but they didn’t seem interested

We lived in Altrincham 22 years ago & think it looks better now than it did then. We think it’s more charming since they planted trees on the main road through town.
