"This is my second stay at the property and it is hands-down one of the nicest rentals I’ve ever stayed in. The cleaning is impeccable and consistent. My dogs like the big yard, and the neighborhood is safe. I stayed on Halloween and it was really fun to see all the little kids and families that participated in the area, it’s very much a very family oriented neighborhood without being noisy. I had the pleasure of meeting the property host. It’s the only place I will ever stay when I am in the Fort Mojave bullhead area."

"An incredible amount of house space that easily accommodated 14, while also affording privacy. The parking situation was not as ideal, as we had to park our boat and truck off site. Cooking utensils were limited, but we made it work. "

"The Family and I were very comfortable and the house had everything we needed. The add on room was a little confusing at first when I first got there, but my oldest son and his kids were happy with it and the additional small air conditioning unit was helpful. The Master bedroom had some paint issues but it didn’t affect our stay. I would definitely reach out again to stay for our next Family trip to Laughlin/ River. "
