"So without reading the other reviews, I can tell you, a person who travels and does alot of hotel stays, that The thing I look for is a clean, bathtub, a clean sink area, clean towels, clean bedding, no dust and unmaintained furniture. A decent TV. A clean floor. This Motel 6 has all of them. It’s not pretty because it’s older therefore, when you walk outside, it looks a bit rough, but I must say the housekeeping is doing it right because I did not feel grossed out. Kind of like when you go to San Francisco and you stay in an old hotel that you pay a fortune for the building you can do nothing about, but there’s no reason not to be clean. There was no one in the parking lot at night doing drugs. There were no kids running around screaming I didn’t hear the people on either side of me or above me. It’s quiet unlike the one I stayed at in Palm Springs, which has a lot of homeless running around.. It is what it is. It’s a motel six the pool area was clean . Again, it’s a little rough because it’s over but if you want to save money, there is certainly nothing wrong with it. "

"We picked WorldMark Indio because of price and to try something different in the area. Note, Indio is at least a 30 minute drive from Palm Desert or Palm Springs. The condo was spacious, clean and had a great view of the lake. The swimming pool was one of my favorites. We wanted to stay an extra night, however, with Coachella starting on Friday, that was not possible. We did fall for the time share pitch, but it paid off. We were told we could get up and leave after 90 minutes no matter where they were in their presentation - and we did. The freebies that came with the presentation were well worth it - dinner gift certificate at a restaurant in Palm Springs (one of the best we have ever been to), Living Zoo entrance and one round of golf at the course on the property. We would definitely return to this resort. I wish we could have stayed longer!"

"Staff was friendly and it was super easy to check in and out. The free continental breakfast was delicious, I just wish it was available for a little longer time. Location was nice and not far from downtown. I wished they had a hot tub but other then that I was satisfied with my stay. "

"This was an enjoyable stay. I moved from the east coast back to the Palm Springs area around Easter and the COACHELLA music festival. I needed a safe, affordable and convenient place to stay while house hunting. XOLA wound up being the prfect place. My wife is a full time student and needed reliable internet and quiet conditions to take exams and do classwork. We were on a budget. We were accomodated on rverything we needed. The staff was accommodating on every request. Great experience! We wound up being there 2 weeks and finally found our perfect home to live in the Palm Springs area. Highly Recommended!"
