“First the picture do not match what the actual room and place looks like. We thought it was a typical Wyndham Inn. It is not. They are very struck about the check-in time — we were an hr prior to check in after several hrs on the road and they would not let us check in not even a hour early. Even if the website states early check in is ok the physical place does not. The gentlemen at the front desk Friday were extremely rude and unhelpful. When the place looks rough and linens don’t look washed……

“We booked a king suite ahead of time for two nights. When we got there to check in, they said they had our room ready and handed us our key card, which had room number 129 scratched out and 326 in its place in a different color pen. When we got to our room, it was two doubles. I called the desk and asked and they said they were completely booked the whole weekend so they could not switch us either night to the room we booked and paid for in advance. They clearly had us in a room and switched it……

“I found roaches 2 in bathrooms so and a spider and the toilet seat was not attached, very wiggles otherwise clean the pool was empty not in service but staff was very friendly.”
