“Very nice place to stay . The staff was very nice.”

“Aged out hotel room. Laminations breaking off on the furniture. Drywall tape coming off the ceiling and walls. The refrigerator door handle looked like it had not been cleaned in 20 year. One night and I was done.”

“Room was great. Lobby clean and organized well. Smokers outside still too close to front door making entering the building for non-smokers irritating.”

“The TV remote didn't work because there were no batteries in the remote. The remote was replaced and initially worked but only for a couple of hours. We had to unplug the cable from the TV when we went to bed. Around one in the morning, the smoke alarm started periodic beeping. The desk clerk said it was a low battery but they did not have spare batteries and he would leave a note for maintenance. He told us to remove the battery and left a step stool (which was not tall enough)outside the door.……
