The airport pickup was on time and we were welcomed by a cold towel and a fresh coconut which was refreshing under the hot and humid Cambodia weather. When we arrived the hotel, all the hotel staffs came to welcome us and make us feel home. “The resort is located at the middle between Angkor Wat and the middle of the downtown. Travelling to Angkor for sunrise or sunset takes about 15 minutes ride. Hotel staff are helpful on every matters, from the choice of food or getting help on reservation of restaurants, or recommending restaurants in the city. It is a boutique resort, the size of the resort is not comparable to those big chain hotels/resorts, but you may get very personnel services/greeting from the staff. They even can……

“I loved my stay at Siemreap Vasinh Residence. It was surrounded by nature. The trees and the animal sounds made you feel calm and relax. The sound when the wind blows the trees and from the roosters all made you feel like you are in touch with the nature yet you are in the airconditioned spacious room with a comfortable bed. I did not want to leave the room when I was there. The hotel was clean and was in a great location and had a restaurant for convience. Not to mention, I forgot my passport……

“優點: 房間非常舒適，是讓人很放鬆酒店。早餐好吃，特別是麵包。缺點: 沖涼房隔水不好，很容易滲一灘水在門口。 其實酒店員工都非常nice，服務也很周到，但仍然有一些讓我很不解的地方，希望供大家參考。 1. 本人習慣每次訂酒店，都會告知酒店航班資料跟大概到達時間。這家酒店非常好，竟然有派車去機場接我們，問題是起碼回覆一下我的郵件，讓我們知道就不會讓司機白跑一趟了，所以是我們自己上了的士去到酒店，才知道已有人在機場等…很無奈，也對司機感到很不好意思。 2. 打算租車一天遊吳哥小圈及吳哥寺看日出，雖然酒店的報價比正規的士報價要高一點，但也覺得反正住那麼多天，給多一點酒店員工賺也好。結果看日出的那天早上四點多等我們居然是一台duk duk車，明明訂的是私家車，mark的價錢也是私家車，所以真的很無奈，幸好duk……

“此次已是第二次入住 ，今次住的是四人套房 ，有兩個很大的房間 客廳 廚房 ，非常寬敞 唯獨是寢具有一點髒 ，知會後馬上更換 。頂樓的泳池十分美麗， 居高臨下 ，風景怡人 只是保養不太好，池 邊 有 碎石甩掉 ，而且開放的時間是九時至九時 ，開得太晏收得太早 ，早餐非常豐富， 招呼十分周到 ，職員非常友善體貼可親 ，代買下馬戲門票 ，安排交通 非常盡責， 而且可以提早於十二點鐘入住， 十分方便非常貼心 ，我有免費的單車可借用， 週邊有很多小店 ，可以親手自製陶瓷 ，非常好玩。”

“Everything was first class. From the moment I booked the rooms I was contacted by the hotel manager Mike and he was able to make arrangements for transport from the airport to the hotel and back. In a large SUV that we needed. Also booked a tour guide and the SUV to visit the temples and that was a day that I will remember for life. Amazing. The hotel itself is beautiful with a rooftop pool and breakfast down in the lobby area. The check in was flawless as the driver called in advance to……
