"Everything about our stay was 5 star! It's a beautiful home with everything you need for a comfortable vacation. The host was very responsive and left a detailed book for us with everything we'd need to know about the house, as well as good restaurants and places to go. We highly recommend renting the golf carts. It's the easiest (and most fun!) way to get around the island. Once we arrived, we didn't use our car again until we headed back to the airport. There were pool toys for the kids and beach towels. We used the bicycles many times in the morning to get donuts nearby. The house is in a great location to visit all the beaches, get ice cream, go to shops and restaurants... pretty much everything is just a short walk, bike, or golf cart ride away. On our last day, we got a surprise visit from a group of manatees in the canal - which was just icing on a perfect vacation!"

"Fantastic Villa. Incredible location right on the beach with incredible views. The villa itself was in amazing condition with great facilities and beautifully furnished. We (family of 6) had a great vacation there and Nicole (owner) was incredibly attentive and happy to help whenever. Will be returning very soon !!!"

"Such a lovely property. It's set back from the road, so it is quiet and private. It's just a block or two from great beach areas and general store, coffee shops, ice cream, etc. There were five separate rooms giving privacy and space for gathering with the addition of the outdoor area. the space was clean and had good modern appliances. The realtor was wonderful with excellent communications for the booking until our departure. They helped with all our needs, responsive and friendly. We ended up getting our own Kleenex, extra toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and more paper towels as their stock was a bit thin. Overall a wonderful experience."

"The owner was very responsive so they get an A+ for that. I gave the overall “okay” rating more because the house could definitely benefit from a little TLC. It literally seems the place hasn’t been touched in 20 years- with much of the furniture old and flimsy. There was a very old bench with a broken leg in the side room, the light next to the bed is ancient and worn (very flimsy from too much use), and there were burnt out bulbs in two of the ceiling fans. The old refrigerator was also covered in small rust spots and was missing the crisper drawers on the bottom. In addition the refrigerator filled with water in that area so just not a good experience there. The outside is beautiful - the front being very old Florida and the back yard updated and “fun,”though the hot tub not being a true “hot” tub was a little disappointing. The beach is also just a block away and it’s a very quiet part of the beach so that was really nice as well. If you are looking for old Florida, this is definitely it. But if even a $2000 investment could be made to replace the old, dated lights, broken furniture, old refrigerator, and even adding a microwave, would make such a huge difference. "

"The kitchen was well supplied as was the house, but for a week stay and not a month, but not really a problem. The pool was great and cleaned twice weekly. Very nice stay that we enjoyed. The only disappointment was that it was booked before we had been there one week out of a month. Most places give you the right of first refusal and it doesn't open for booking until it is less than one year ahead. We did not have that opportunity. "
