"The house was great. We really enjoyed the location. Having the heat pool was a nice bonus. The kitchen was well equipped. It was nice and clean. There were a few things that could use an update from a renters view the master bedroom mattress (which is were we slept) could be upgraded the other bedrooms had nicer and much more comfortable mattresses. The patio furniture also should be upgraded the table and four chairs are old. The plastic picnic table is falling apart. The lounge chairs were good. Having the grill was really nice to have to cook on. I don’t want to sound critical but they were the things that we noticed. Over all it was a great place. "

"The location of this property was incredible. We only stayed two nights with one full day, so we walked 2 minutes to the beach and spent the whole day there. Nice property for a family of 5"

"What an amazing location! Great beaches with fantastic sand and swimming. Plenty of space on the beach at this end of AMI, guessing because of the limited parking for those driving in, so staying is here is ideal. Home has great amenities and something for everyone. The outdoor space is fantastic and accommodated our entire group of a dozen people. Kids loved the pool as a great option before and after going to the beach. Highly recommend AMI as a family vacation spot. Eating and shopping not within walking distance of the home so the golf carts are essential. So fun to be able to cruise around and explore the island on them. Hosts are very responsive and helpful, very appreciated!"

"It was perfect for our pet! Fenced in yard and perfect neighborhood for walking our dog. The home was very comfortable from the king size beds to the living room with reclining sofa and chairs. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could need. The home was exceptionally clean and very well decorated. We will definitely be back again."
